Ce poste en stage s'adresse aux jeunes diplômés souhaitant acquérir une expérience concrète dans la gestion de la relation client et le suivi de portefeuilles de microcrédit.
Sous la supervision de l'équipe opérationnelle, vous serez chargé de développer la clientèle, d'accompagner les clients dans leurs besoins, de suivre les prêts, de gérer les recouvrements et de minimiser les risques de crédit, tout en offrant un service client de qualité.
Vos
incluront : le marketing pour identifier les besoins des clients actuels et potentiels et les orienter vers nos solutions ; le suivi des prêts et des recouvrements en portant un intérêt particulier aux activités des clients pour favoriser leur croissance et assurer un remboursement ponctuel ; la gestion des impayés afin de maintenir l'exposition au risque à des niveaux acceptables ; et le service client pour bâtir une bonne réputation personnelle et celle de l'entreprise, renforçant ainsi la fidélité de la clientèle.
vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme (niveau Bac+2 ou équivalent) et vous justifiez d'aucune expérience ou de moins d'un an. Vous maîtrisez l'anglais et êtes disponible pour un stage à temps plein, du lundi au vendredi, de 8h à 17h. Votre motivation, votre sens du résultat et votre aisance relationnelle seront des atouts clés pour réussir dans ce poste.
La rémunération proposée est inférieure à 300 000 shillings ougandais, négociable.
