Vacancy – SME Relationship Officers
HR Studio is currently seeking experienced SME Sales or SME Lending professionals for the role of SME Relationship Officers based in the Greater Kampala Area, Uganda. This is a full-time position within the Banking, Finance & Insurance sector, offering a gross monthly salary of UGX 1,200,000 with attractive performance-based commissions. The salary is negotiable within the range of USh 1,000,000 - 1,500,000.

Minimum Qualifications
Diploma in a Business-related field from a recognized institution. Experience level: Entry level. Experience length: At least 2 years in SME Lending or SME Sales. Language requirement: English. Working hours: Full Time - 8 to 5.
Location
Uganda, specifically the Greater Kampala Area.
Profile Sought
We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Maximum 35 years of age
- Currently working in SME Lending or SME Sales
- Actively engaged in field-based SME client acquisition and business development
- Proven hands-on experience in SME credit appraisal, loan origination, and portfolio management
- Minimum Diploma in a Business-related field from a recognized institution
