Standard Chartered Bank Kenya Limited, également connue sous le nom de Stanchart Kenya, recrute un Associate, Treasury Specialist pour son équipe CMPS (Capital Markets Products and Solutions) au sein de la division Wealth Management. Ce poste à temps plein est basé au Kenya et s'adresse à des candidats titulaires d'un diplôme universitaire (BA/BSc/HND ou équivalent).
La
consiste à soutenir l'initiative CMPS dans le cadre des stratégies de gestion de patrimoine ciblant le segment des PME, ainsi qu'à contribuer au développement commercial global et à l'atteinte des objectifs financiers de l'unité.
Les responsabilités clés incluent : accompagner les clients PME dans leurs besoins en produits CMPS ; aider l'équipe de vente Treasury à constituer une base de clients fidèles en développant des relations avec les décideurs ; promouvoir la vente croisée des produits CMPS (FX, titres à revenu fixe, prêts patrimoniaux) auprès des PME en collaboration avec les gestionnaires de produits ; fournir des contributions au développement de nouveaux produits adaptés à la banque de détail.
Le titulaire du poste devra également fournir des mises à jour sur les marchés et les produits, proposer des solutions financières lors d'échanges virtuels ou en face à face, analyser les portefeuilles clients et collaborer avec l'équipe relationnelle pour identifier des opportunités de vente croisée. Il devra être capable de traiter des besoins multi-classes d'actifs, d'accroître les nouveaux produits et investissements pour le segment PME, et de piloter la performance et la productivité des produits à revenu fixe et FX pour les PME.
Les
comprennent : une connaissance des marchés, produits et processus ; des compétences en gestion de la relation client et en présentation ; une maîtrise du cadre réglementaire ; un esprit de partenariat commercial ; des compétences en informatique et en applications ; une bonne connaissance des mouvements des marchés des changes et obligataires ; la capacité à travailler rapidement et avec précision sous pression ; d'excellentes qualités de communication et une présentation soignée ; de bonnes compétences analytiques ; une compréhension globale des produits et solutions de gestion de patrimoine.
Le candidat idéal sera motivé par la recherche de nouvelles sources de revenus au sein des portefeuilles existants, la gestion de situations clients complexes impliquant investissements, protection, prêts et planification patrimoniale, et l'équilibre entre objectifs commerciaux et exigences réglementaires, de conduite et d'adéquation.
Qualifications : diplôme universitaire minimum ; les certifications CISI/ACI sont un atout. La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise.
