PackPro Movers, une entreprise de déménagement basée à Dallas, au Texas, recherche un spécialiste en comptabilité et reporting virtuel pour renforcer son équipe en pleine croissance. Notre objectif est de devenir le premier choix pour les particuliers qui déménagent entre maisons, appartements et espaces de stockage. Dans le cadre de notre expansion rapide, nous souhaitons améliorer nos données, nos rapports et notre efficacité opérationnelle.
Ce poste à temps plein, en télétravail depuis le Nigeria, est idéal pour un professionnel de niveau intermédiaire justifiant d'au moins trois ans d'expérience. Les
incluent la gestion des transactions financières quotidiennes, la tenue de registres précis, le rapprochement des comptes, la préparation et l'analyse de rapports mensuels et trimestriels, ainsi qu'un soutien administratif varié. Vous serez également force de proposition pour optimiser les processus et identifier les indicateurs financiers clés.
Le candidat idéal est un comptable ou un directeur financier très motivé, doté d'un excellent niveau en QuickBooks et à l'aise avec de grands volumes de données dans des feuilles de calcul. Vous maîtrisez les CRM, êtes rigoureux, organisé et possédez de solides compétences analytiques et de communication en anglais. Vous disposez d'un ordinateur fiable, d'une connexion Internet stable d'au moins 30 Mbps, d'une source d'alimentation de secours et êtes disponible pour travailler de 9h à 17h (heure centrale), du lundi au vendredi, avec des week-ends requis.
