Belife Insurance is recruiting a Risk Compliance Assistant based in Douala. Applications will be reviewed and processed in accordance with our Diversity and Inclusion Charter. Missions / Responsibilities / Activities Main Missions: Assist in identifying, assessing and monitoring risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures to strengthen the company's risk management and compliance framework. Main activities: Participate in monitoring AML/CFT, sanctions, anti-corruption and anti-fraud requirements. Participate in regulatory watch and identify potential impacts on the company's activities. Contribute to the review of transactions and documents to prevent compliance risks. Participate in the identification, assessment and monitoring of the company's key risks. Participate in ensuring compliance with local requirements and regulations relating to personal data protection. Prerequisite: Education: 3 years' higher education in Risk Management, Law, Finance, Audit, Management Control, Accounting or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Skills: Good knowledge of CIMA regulations and applicable regulatory requirements. Solid understanding of risk management and internal control principles. Good knowledge of AML/CFT, anti-corruption and anti-fraud frameworks. Proficiency in risk identification, assessment and monitoring techniques. Proficiency in compliance principles and frameworks. Special Confidentiality. Proficiency in reporting tools. Pedagogical skills. Proficiency in French & English, both written and spoken. Applicant profile
