CDL Human Resource recrute pour son client, une société américaine, un(e) Coordinateur(trice) de Projets et Support Administratif pour la pratique Private Equity (PE). Ce poste est à pourvoir en contrat à temps partiel, en télétravail intégral, pour un(e) professionnel(le) basé(e) au Kenya.
Le/la titulaire du poste sera le moteur opérationnel de la pratique Private Equity du client, en assurant la coordination de multiples projets, la gestion du calendrier du responsable de la pratique, le suivi des livrables et des échéances, ainsi que la tenue des tableaux de bord Monday.com.

Coordination de projets : Suivre plusieurs projets et flux de travail simultanés, veiller à la visibilité des actions, des responsables, des échéances et des dépendances, relancer les parties prenantes internes et garantir que rien ne soit oublié ou bloqué.
Gestion du calendrier : Gérer le calendrier du responsable de la pratique PE, planifier et réorganiser les réunions, coordonner les disponibilités, résoudre les conflits d'horaires et préparer le calendrier pour les périodes à venir.
Support de communication Slack : Assurer le suivi des canaux et des communications internes, signaler les informations importantes et les actions en suspens, publier des mises à jour et garantir que les demandes via Slack sont bien prises en compte.
Logistique des réunions et suivi : Préparer les documents et les informations pour les réunions, prendre des notes structurées, identifier les décisions et les actions, suivre les responsabilités et s'assurer que les actions soient documentées et réalisées. Le/la coordinateur(trice) peut assister aux réunions en mode silencieux pour capturer les notes, mais n'animera pas les réunions et n'aura pas de
