Additionally, it clarifies technical requests from internal and external stakeholders, supports industrial engineering initiatives for production teams, and assists in evaluating requests to streamline operations. Serving as a central technical resource, the incumbent ensures stable, quality-driven production while contributing to operations projects as needed. Qualifications: A technical degree is required, though equivalent work experience may be considered. Candidates must possess at least two years of experience with computer-aided design (CAD), a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and proficiency in engineering design tools and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
