We are currently seeking a meticulous and driven individual to fill the role of PET Strap Production (Extrusion) Line Technician. The PET Strap Production (Extrusion) Line Technician will oversee the operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PET extrusion equipment to uphold production efficiency, product quality, and compliance with safety protocols. Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities essential to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Perform key tasks with precision, including analyzing data, developing strategic plans, managing projects, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless workflows, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment on goals and expectations. Operate and oversee PET extrusion machinery as well as associated auxiliary systems to ensure seamless production processes. Set and establish machine parameters to ensure alignment with product specifications, making necessary adjustments as required. Perform regular quality inspections on PET straps and associated products to ensure compliance with established standards. Execute both corrective and preventive maintenance activities while systematically diagnosing and resolving equipment faults to ensure optimal operational performance. Diligently track raw material consumption to identify opportunities for reducing waste and ensuring efficient utilization of resources. You are responsible for ensuring the meticulous documentation of production metrics and machine efficiency records to uphold operational accuracy and accountability. Ensure adherence to all workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. Ensure the workplace consistently meets elevated housekeeping standards and remains impeccably organized at all times. Seeking candidates with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in the specified area. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is highly desirable, along with a demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.

• Certificate, Diploma, or Technical Training in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Expérience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating extrusion machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in PET tightening strap production or extrusion is a must.
