Vos
superviser les mécaniciens et le personnel de l'atelier afin de garantir une efficacité quotidienne, planifier et coordonner les opérations d'entretien, de réparation et de maintenance préventive, diagnostiquer les pannes mécaniques et veiller à ce que les réparations soient effectuées correctement et dans les délais, assurer une utilisation et un entretien adéquats des outils, équipements et pièces de rechange, tenir des registres précis des réparations, de l'entretien et des calendriers de maintenance, et signaler à la direction les problèmes mécaniques majeurs et les besoins de maintenance.
titulaire d'un certificat de Grade 12 ou équivalent, d'un diplôme ou d'une qualification pertinente en génie automobile ou mécanique, avec au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un atelier de véhicules lourds, incluant une expérience en supervision. Vous possédez une solide connaissance des moteurs diesel, des véhicules lourds et de leur maintenance, ainsi que de bonnes compétences en leadership, communication et résolution de problèmes. Vous savez travailler sous pression et respecter les délais de maintenance. Un permis de conduire valide est requis, de préférence avec une expérience de conduite de véhicules lourds.
