Civil Works Foreman – Bunyan Construction recherche un chef de chantier en génie civil hautement expérimenté et compétent pour superviser et gérer des projets de construction et d'infrastructure.
Responsabilités clés :
Superviser et coordonner les activités quotidiennes sur le site et l'équipe de travail. Interpréter les plans de construction et veiller à leur mise en œuvre précise. Effectuer et superviser l'implantation des ouvrages, y compris les structures en béton et les systèmes de drainage. Assurer le contrôle qualité et le respect des spécifications du projet. Travailler avec et gérer les équipements de topographie et d'instrumentation. Suivre l'avancement du projet et faire rapport à la direction. Appliquer les normes de santé et de sécurité sur le site.
Exigences minimales :
Au moins 10 ans d'expérience prouvée dans les travaux de génie civil/construction. Expérience démontrée dans : l'implantation d'ouvrages en béton, la construction de drainage, l'utilisation d'équipements de topographie et d'instrumentation (niveaux, stations totales, etc.), la gestion des stocks et la commande en temps opportun des matériaux. Capacité avérée à lire et interpréter les plans techniques. Excellentes compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe. Bonnes capacités de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision.
Qualifications :
Certificat ou diplôme en génie civil, construction ou domaine connexe. Formation en santé et sécurité au travail.
