MNIKS Purple, premier hub africain de sourcing et de production mode, recherche un opérateur de machine à broder pour renforcer son équipe à Lagos.
Basée à Surulere, cette entreprise innovante offre un écosystème spécialisé aux créateurs de mode. Le poste est à pourvoir en contrat d'un an renouvelable, avec une période d'essai de trois mois, sous la supervision du responsable des opérations.
Vous serez chargé de piloter des machines à broder informatisées pour réaliser des monogrammes et des motifs personnalisés sur des produits textiles. Vos missions incluent le chargement des fichiers de broderie, la préparation des tissus, le contrôle qualité, la maintenance préventive, et le suivi de la production. Vous collaborerez avec les équipes design et opérations, et participerez à des événements et activations de la marque.
Le profil idéal justifie d'au moins un an d'expérience en conduite de machines à broder, maîtrise les logiciels de broderie, et possède une bonne connaissance des tissus. Rigoureux, autonome et réactif, vous savez résoudre les problèmes techniques et respecter les délais. Vous résidez à Lagos et êtes disponible pour travailler les week-ends et jours fériés.

La rémunération est de 80 000 Naira par mois, plus une commission sur les pièces réalisées.
