ICEA Insurance, Prime Plaza Branch, recrute un Unit Manager pour son équipe à Kampala. Ce poste à temps plein relève du secteur banque, finance et assurance. Le salaire proposé est compris entre 1 000 000 et 1 500 000 shillings ougandais, auquel s'ajoute une commission.
Le candidat retenu aura pour mission de recruter, former et gérer une équipe commerciale afin d'atteindre les objectifs fixés par l'entreprise. Il devra constituer et encadrer une force de vente d'au moins 20 agents, les motiver et les fidéliser. Il organisera des activités de terrain, telles que l'identification de sites d'activation, des présentations de groupe et toute autre action nécessaire. Il veillera à ce que son équipe atteigne les cibles de vente hebdomadaires, mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles. Il tiendra à jour un registre des informations personnelles de ses agents, s'assurera de leur conformité réglementaire, et mènera des études de marché pour développer les ventes futures. Il démontrera ses compétences commerciales en vendant des polices d'assurance vie après avoir effectué une analyse approfondie des besoins des clients. Enfin, il soumettra des rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels sur la performance de chaque agent.
Le poste requiert un diplôme (Diploma), un niveau débutant avec au moins un an d'expérience, et une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais. Les horaires de travail sont de 8h à 17h, à temps plein. Le lieu de travail est situé en Ouganda.
