Role Summary: The HR Manager will be responsible for leading both the strategic and operational aspects of the Human Resources function. The successful candidate will partner with management to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, learning and development, and employee relations initiatives across the organisation.
Key Areas of Responsibility: The role will encompass, but is not limited to, the following:
Performance Management and Organisational Effectiveness Recruitment, Selection, and Talent Acquisition Strategic HR Planning Employee Engagement and Retention Business Partnering and Management Support Training, Learning, and Career Development Succession Planning and Leadership Development Talent Management and Organisational Culture
Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess:
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, Sociology, Psychology, or a related discipline 12 – 15 years of progressive HR experience within the FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, or FinTech sectors. Relevant professional HR certification(s), which will be considered an added advantage. Additional postgraduate or professional qualifications will be highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in strategic HR leadership, talent management, employee engagement, organisational development, and workforce planning.
