Professional registration with an appropriate governing body is required. b) Experience Candidates must possess a minimum of seven years of professional experience in teaching and/or research within an accredited Institution of Higher Learning, a distinguished Research Organization, or a relevant Industry, with at least three of those years served in a Senior Lecturer capacity or equivalent role. Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) newly published, peer-reviewed works in their field of expertise within the past five (5) years. Supervises a minimum of five graduate students through the successful completion of their programs, ensuring that at least one student achieves a doctoral degree. Professional candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of securing research or project grants totaling at least USD 50,000 as Principal Investigator (PI) within the past five years.
