This position is primarily responsible for accurately counting, inspecting, and validating incoming and outgoing shipments through physical stock verification during loading and unloading. Additionally, the role includes processing and reconciling both digital and manual invoices, handling point-of-sale (POS) payment transactions, ensuring compliance with stock master procedures, and actively contributing to operational safety protocols, inventory management, and control processes.

Key Accountabilities and Duties: You will be accountable for executing a range of critical tasks, including overseeing project timelines, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring adherence to budget constraints. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives, analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations is essential to maintaining a secure and sustainable workplace. Warehouse stock age standards are upheld by rigorously applying stock rotation principles, specifically the First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) method, to ensure optimal inventory freshness and minimize waste. Ensures quality control by meticulously inspecting packaging on the warehouse floor and before items are loaded for shipment. Demonstrates proficiency in inventory management and adherence to established governance policies to ensure optimal control and oversight of stock levels. Daily stock counts are conducted with precision each day using a handheld device. Prepare variance reports and address any inconsistencies to ensure accurate financial records and operational alignment. Maintain transparent and efficient communication with inventory teams, warehouse personnel, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational cohesion. Efficiently manages the loading and unloading of vehicles and production lines to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials. Maintain transparent and productive communication regarding load plan execution with stakeholders, including Commercial, Credit, Inventory, and Logistics teams. All documentation is meticulously reviewed and thoroughly completed to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness.

Load plans for both primary and secondary distribution undergo printing, uploading, review, and signing by the Picker (if applicable), the Operator (required), the Driver (required), and Security personnel (required). Process all internal stock movements—including transfers, breakages, and issues—within the ERP system in strict accordance with the provided documentation. Accurate verification, loading, and unloading of vehicles, ensuring precise counts of truck contents through physical inspection. Accurately document all returns before proceeding with the unloading process. Actively engage in stock deviation investigations and recommend enhancements and corrective measures to address discrepancies. Proficient in understanding and applying pertinent business information, policies, procedures, and processes with a high degree of familiarity. Compiles comprehensive reports detailing findings, analyses, and recommendations for stakeholders. Conducts thorough research and data collection to ensure accuracy and relevance. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather insights and validate conclusions. Prepares presentations and visual aids to effectively communicate complex information. Ensures timely delivery of reports to meet project deadlines and stakeholder expectations. Accurately maintain and update the beer age tracking system, ensuring strict adherence to FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) compliance protocols. Monitor the digital journey and stock master usage closely, providing regular updates and reports to ensure adherence to established protocols. Compile and maintain the Full Pallet Check Report to ensure compliance, then update the BIT/Refusals documentation on a daily basis. Ensure the precision and thoroughness of all Point of Sale (POS) reports. Proven expertise in strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking, with a strong ability to drive results and foster innovation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
