Yalelo Limited recherche un Store Supervisor pour superviser les opérations de son magasin à Senanga. Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la disponibilité des stocks, de l'excellence du service client et de l'atteinte des objectifs de vente. Il ou elle devra maximiser l'utilisation efficace des ressources pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des opérations du magasin.
Les
incluent : superviser la performance des ventes du magasin, communiquer les objectifs et cibles de vente, et assurer la transmission en temps voulu des rapports de ventes conformément aux normes de l'organisation.
Le candidat idéal devra faire preuve d'un leadership axé sur le service pour offrir la meilleure expérience client, maximiser l'utilisation des ressources, gérer la performance du service en magasin conformément aux valeurs de Yalelo, protéger la marque et la réputation de Yalelo, assurer la qualité du service et la satisfaction client, et établir des relations avec les clients.
Diplôme en vente et marketing ou qualification pertinente (préféré), certificat de Grade 12, expérience dans le domaine souhaité avec des préférences supplémentaires telles que des certifications et affiliations, expérience en service client, expérience en leadership (une expérience dans un poste similaire est un atout), et expérience dans l'industrie des biens de consommation courante (FMCG) est un atout.
Note : Ce poste est à temps plein et le candidat retenu doit être disponible pour travailler en semaine et le week-end. Les candidats préférés doivent être originaires de Senanga. Seuls les candidats présélectionnés seront contactés.
