Rubis Zambia is seeking an experienced specialist to identify, evaluate and secure new business opportunities that support the company’s expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and assess potential business locations and partners. Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies. Lead commercial discussions and negotiations. Build and maintain a pipeline of growth opportunities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support expansion projects.
Qualifications and Experience
Prepare business cases and development plans. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate or a related field. Minimum five years’ experience in business development, network expansion, real-estate management or franchising.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent project-management capabilities.
