Qualifications et expérience
Diplôme ou licence en informatique, génie informatique, électronique, télécommunications ou domaine connexe. Minimum de deux ans d'expérience pratique dans l'installation, la configuration, la maintenance et le support technique de systèmes ICT. Permis de conduire valide détenu depuis plus d'un an, avec expérience pratique de conduite. Au moins une certification professionnelle reconnue, de préférence Microsoft, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, MikroTik, HPE, Aruba, Dell, Lenovo, Ubiquiti ou une certification équivalente.
Expérience technique
Expérience pratique dans l'installation, la configuration et le dépannage de : ordinateurs de bureau, ordinateurs portables, serveurs et imprimantes ; routeurs, commutateurs, points d'accès sans fil et réseaux structurés ; systèmes d'exploitation Windows et applications Microsoft ; systèmes de vidéosurveillance CCTV ; systèmes de contrôle d'accès biométriques et par carte ; systèmes de communication radio bidirectionnelle ; systèmes de base d'énergie solaire et de secours ; plateformes de virtualisation telles que VMware ou Hyper-V.
Réseau, installation et support technique
Bonne connaissance de TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, VLAN et réseaux sans fil. Capacité à joindre des ordinateurs à des domaines, configurer des comptes utilisateurs et résoudre les problèmes de connectivité. Capacité à effectuer des études de site et préparer les exigences techniques d'installation. Expérience avec le câblage structuré, le montage d'équipements, la terminaison de câbles, l'étiquetage et les tests. Capacité à effectuer des tests d'équipement, la mise en service, la maintenance préventive et le diagnostic de pannes. Compétences solides en installation et dépannage de matériel et de logiciels. Capacité à préparer des rapports d'installation, des fiches de travail, des schémas de réseau et d'autres documents techniques.
Compétences professionnelles et exigences de travail
Bonnes compétences en communication, interpersonnelles et en service à la clientèle. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe technique. Volonté de voyager et de travailler sur les sites des clients lorsque nécessaire. Capacité à travailler sous pression et à terminer les missions dans les délais convenus.
