CAFOD and Depaul Ukraine are looking for a consultant to conduct an external evaluation of Depaul Ukraine's Global Affairs Canada-funded programme, Integrated Protection Support to Vulnerable Households impacted by the Ukraine Conflict [Click the Apply button below to apply, and Create my CV to build a CV tailored to this offer, professionally] , implemented in Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, and Odesa between February 2025 to January 2027. The goal of the evaluation is to identify lessons learned and ensure accountability to beneficiaries and communities, partners and donors, and to present learnings that can inform future programming for Depaul, CAFOD, and the wider sector in Ukraine. It will assess the project using the Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS) and the OECD/DAC criteria.

A consultancy period of up to 35 days is anticipated. Knowledge of Ukrainian and professional experience in the evaluation of humanitarian programmes is required.
