Provide attentive support to passengers with special needs, including elderly or disabled individuals, by delivering tailored assistance as required.
• Routinely verify passengers’ and luggage’s ticketing status to confirm compliance with the conductor’s requirements. Maintain the post bus in a meticulously clean and safe condition, as well as ensure its secure custody following each work period. In close collaboration with the bus conductor, you will cultivate and sustain strong relationships with brokers, local authorities, and other pertinent stakeholders, ensuring the Post Bus maintains its esteemed reputation and standing. Complete the Daily Bus Return form and sign it, then submit it to the supervisor without delay upon reaching headquarters.
