Manage and oversee customer incidents—including accidents, illnesses, theft, and asset impoundment—while coordinating resolution efforts, supporting insurance claims, facilitating asset recovery, and ensuring all related processes are handled efficiently and in compliance with applicable policies.

  • After-Sales & Customer Retention: Foster enduring customer relationships by proactively addressing evolving needs, soliciting feedback, and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty while uncovering potential upselling opportunities for additional offerings. Maintain precise and current customer records, systematically log all customer interactions and agreements within the CRM and approved systems, and uphold compliance with Eugene’s credit, documentation, and transparency standards. Qualifications and Skills Required: A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience. Proficiency in GAAP standards and financial reporting is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in ERP systems, particularly SAP or Oracle, and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with tax compliance, audit support, and budgeting is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is mandatory. Oversee a designated portfolio comprising delinquent accounts, with a focus on securing outstanding payments promptly, professionally, and efficiently. Issue demand notices for overdue accounts, pursue follow-up actions in accordance with Eugene’s established policies and procedures, and escalate recovery efforts as necessary. Facilitate the retrieval and impoundment of designated assets, meticulously documenting each recovered item, logging them into branch inventory, and maintaining real-time tracking to ensure accurate oversight. Engage with customers to establish and formalize feasible repayment schedules, diligently track compliance with these arrangements, and initiate corrective measures when clients fail to uphold their payment commitments. Professionally manage customer interactions, complaints, and disputes, ensuring efficient resolution while maintaining strong, positive customer relationships. Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, recovery actions, negotiations, and case progress within the CRM and approved systems. Craft and deliver regular updates and reports that are both timely and precise, covering recovery cases, payment commitments, asset recovery efforts, and the overall performance of the portfolio. Provide assistance during judicial proceedings and legal processes as needed, including presence at hearings and preparation of pertinent documentation or clerical tasks, per the directives of a supervisor or designated legal counsel. Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in the industry.
