Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver practical training to fuel attendants.
Coach attendants on pump operations, customer service, cash controls and safety.
Conduct assessments, identify skills gaps and maintain training records.
Support station supervisors with refresher training and operational standards.
Promote safe, honest and efficient service delivery. Requirements
Full Grade 12 Certificate.
Certificate, diploma or degree in Training, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, Petroleum Studies or a related field is an advantage.
