Responsabilités :
Contentieux et résolution de litiges ; recouvrement de créances et affaires de recouvrement ; rédaction et révision de documents juridiques ; procédures judiciaires et gestion des dossiers ; recherche juridique et avis juridiques ; liaison avec les avocats externes, les tribunaux et les autres parties prenantes concernées ; conformité aux lois et règlements applicables.

Licence en droit (LL.B) ; avocat de la Haute Cour du Kenya ; certificat de pratique valide ; expérience pertinente en contentieux, de préférence dans une institution financière ou un environnement de microfinance.
