Niveosystems is seeking a seasoned Mobile Deployment Engineer with expertise in iOS and Android to join our team on a project-based basis. As a remote professional, you will play a key role in deploying, configuring, and maintaining mobile applications across both platforms, ensuring seamless and high-quality releases. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end deployment process, from preparation and configuration to signing, building, and distribution via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. In this role, you will manage App Store Connect, Google Play Console, certificates, provisioning profiles, signing keys, and release configurations while collaborating closely with development and product teams to guarantee smooth and reliable application launches. You will also troubleshoot deployment, build, signing, and production-release challenges, maintain comprehensive release documentation, and optimize deployment workflows. Additionally, you will support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automating mobile application build and deployment processes where feasible. To qualify, candidates must possess at least three years of hands-on experience in mobile application deployment, release engineering, DevOps, or a closely related field, with a proven track record deploying applications to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Proficiency in iOS certificates, provisioning profiles, code signing, and App Store Connect, as well as Android signing, keystores, Play Console, and release management, is essential. Familiarity with Git-based workflows, agile methodologies, and strong problem-solving abilities are required, along with clear communication skills and the capacity to work independently while meeting deadlines. Preferred qualifications include experience with React Native deployments, CI/CD tools, and automated mobile deployment workflows, particularly with Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar platforms. Knowledge of Docker or cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus, as is experience managing production releases, phased rollouts, app updates, and versioning.
