Niveosystems, a leader in stable, scalable, and intelligent digital solutions, is seeking a seasoned Mobile Deployment Engineer—specializing in iOS and Android—to join our team on a project basis. This remote opportunity offers the chance to oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of mobile applications across both platforms. In this role, you will spearhead the deployment of mobile applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, handling all stages from preparation and configuration to building, signing, and production release. You’ll manage App Store Connect, Google Play Console, certificates, provisioning profiles, signing keys, and release configurations while collaborating closely with development and product teams to ensure seamless, reliable releases. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting deployment, build, signing, and production-release challenges, maintaining robust release processes and documentation, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines through automation where feasible. We require a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in mobile application deployment, release engineering, DevOps, or a closely related discipline, with demonstrated expertise in deploying apps to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. A deep understanding of iOS certificates, provisioning profiles, code signing, and App Store Connect is essential, as is proficiency in Android signing, keystores, Play Console, and release management. Familiarity with Git-based workflows and agile methodologies is a must, along with strong troubleshooting abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work autonomously while meeting project deadlines. Exceptional communication skills are also expected. Candidates with experience in React Native deployment, CI/CD tools, or automated mobile deployment workflows—particularly with Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise—will be highly favored. Knowledge of Docker or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus, as is prior experience managing production releases, phased rollouts, app updates, and versioning.
