Contexte : Le parc national de l'Upemba (PNU) est l'une des plus anciennes et des plus grandes aires protégées d'Afrique. Au-delà de sa mission de conservation, le parc vise à devenir un catalyseur de développement économique durable en créant des opportunités économiques viables pour les communautés environnantes et en générant des revenus à long terme qui contribuent au financement de la conservation. Pour soutenir cette ambition, l'UNP cherche à engager un expert ayant une vaste expérience en développement commercial, chaînes de valeur agricoles, entreprises sociales, mécanismes de financement et modèles économiques durables dans des environnements difficiles. L'expert soutiendra le parc dans l'identification, la structuration et la mise en œuvre d'activités économiquement viables capables de générer des revenus tout en créant des avantages sociaux et environnementaux.
