IT Systems and Infrastructure Specialist
Sharp Brains recherche un IT Support Technician L1 (sur site) pour un poste à temps plein (FTE), avec une disponibilité de deux jours par semaine. Ce contrat freelance/B2B d'une durée d'un an, renouvelable, est basé à Kigali, au Rwanda. Le rôle se concentre sur le support de proximité (L1/L2) et englobe un large éventail de responsabilités techniques.
Les
incluent la fourniture d'une assistance technique complète pour les systèmes de bureau et portables, en traitant les problèmes matériels, logiciels et de connectivité. Le technicien gérera les activités iMac (Installation, Déplacement, Ajout, Modification) et résoudra les incidents de panne pour les appareils des utilisateurs finaux. Les responsabilités s'étendent à la supervision du cycle de vie complet des appareils de bureau, de la configuration au patchage, en passant par l'imagerie OS et les remplacements matériels coordonnés avec les fournisseurs. Le support sera fourni à l'aide d'outils tels que SCCM, Intune et ServiceNow pour le suivi des actifs, la résolution des tickets et l'assistance à distance.
De plus, le rôle implique l'administration des installations logicielles approuvées, des mises à jour et des correctifs de sécurité conformément aux politiques informatiques. Le technicien fournira un support à distance et sur site à l'aide d'outils EUC, en aidant avec des applications comme MS Office, Outlook et les clients VPN.
