Superviser la fourniture des services juridiques et de secrétariat du conseil d'administration de l'Autorité afin de garantir le respect des lois et règlements applicables et de protéger les intérêts de l'Autorité.

Superviser la fourniture des services de secrétariat au conseil d'administration de l'Autorité afin de faciliter le bon déroulement des affaires.
Superviser la fourniture de services de conseil juridique pour garantir que l'Autorité opère dans les limites de la loi.
Superviser les litiges au nom de l'Autorité afin de sauvegarder ses intérêts.
Superviser la recherche et l'analyse juridiques pour éclairer la prise de décision.
Superviser la rédaction et l'examen de documents juridiques afin de sauvegarder les intérêts de l'Autorité et d'assurer leur conformité avec la loi.
Superviser la résolution des litiges par l'arbitrage, la médiation et la négociation afin de protéger les intérêts de l'Autorité.
Superviser l'examen des politiques administratives pour garantir leur conformité avec la loi.
Superviser la mise en œuvre des systèmes de gestion de la performance et gérer les ressources humaines, financières et autres afin de faciliter l'atteinte des objectifs de l'unité.
Qualifications professionnelles minimales
Certificat complet de douzième année (Grade 12). Licence en droit (LLB) d'une université reconnue. Maîtrise en droit (LLM) en droit nucléaire ou équivalent. Avocat de la Haute Cour. Membre de l'Association du Barreau de Zambie. Certificat de pratique valide.
Expérience préalable minimale requise
Au moins dix (10) années d'expérience professionnelle pertinente, dont cinq (5) années à un niveau de gestion.
Qualités et compétences
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais.
Haut niveau d'intégrité et d'honnêteté.
Maîtrise de l'informatique.
Solides compétences interpersonnelles.
Compétences en recherche.
Solides compétences analytiques.
