The NCD and RMN ACH Research Manager will be based in Rwinkwavu with regular travel to Irene district, overseeing research initiatives across non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and reproductive, maternal, neonatal, adolescent, and child health (RMN ACH) programs. Reporting to the Director of the NCD Program, this role involves leading and managing research activities with a focus on scientific excellence, rigorous implementation, and seamless integration with clinical and programmatic teams. The position requires expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research, strong scientific writing abilities, and a proven track record in managing research projects from design to dissemination. Additionally, the role includes mentoring junior researchers and clinical staff, supervising data collectors, and driving quality improvement initiatives within the NCD and RMN ACH portfolios.
