DEPARTMENT : Airtel Business VACANCY : AB Solution Specialist LEVEL : Manager LOCATION : Kitwe JOB PURPOSE To support the sales teams by identifying customer needs and designing tailored solutions that address business challenges. The role ensures solutions are validated, operationally feasible, and capable of meeting agreed Service Level Agreement (SLAs’), while contributing to successful deal closure. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
Providing pre-sales solution design support for fixed data networks.
Supporting sales in positioning project management works and service management to customer.
Develop quality technical proposals for customers.
Maintaining expertise across solution portfolios.
Designing fixed, mobility, cloud, and security solutions.
Contributing to the bid management repository.
Supporting complex and non-standard projects.
Coordinate resources for customer requirements.
Engage customers and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales and operational teams. REQUIREMENTS Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:
Degree in Engineering or related technical field
Technical certification in relevant area (i.e. CCNA/CCNP/CCIE, CCDP)
PMP certification (or equivalent for project management)
ITIL V3 (or equivalent for service management) Relevant Experience:
4 – 7 years experience in dealing with customers in organizations within the telecom or IT industry.
