We oversee portfolio profitability, return on assets, and overall performance metrics to uphold sustainable growth and maximize value creation. Develop and sustain high-impact strategic alliances with cross-functional teams and Direct Sales units to drive accelerated growth in credit card sales, activation rates, and overall card utilization. We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to oversee 20% of our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Responsibilities include roadmap development, stakeholder management, and performance analysis to optimize product success. Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of product management experience, a strong analytical mindset, and exceptional communication skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies and proficiency in data-driven decision-making are essential. Manage the complete lifecycle of credit card products in partnership with the Card Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) team, overseeing all stages from initiation to conclusion.

Drive operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs, contributing 15% to overall performance objectives. The card portfolio must strictly adhere to all applicable regulatory mandates within each jurisdiction, as well as Visa and Mastercard scheme regulations, anti-money laundering and know-your-customer (AML/KYC) standards, consumer protection guidelines, and the Bank’s internal policies, procedures, and control frameworks. Maintain strong operational, financial, and risk management controls throughout all card portfolio processes to uphold operational integrity, enhance security measures, and optimize efficiency in card operations. Proactively evaluate and manage operational, regulatory, and fraud-related risks to safeguard the integrity and performance of the card portfolio. Coordinate internal and external audits for card products and services, ensuring prompt resolution and closure of audit findings and compliance gaps. Monitor regulatory and card scheme requirements for updates and promptly implement process improvements to uphold compliance and maintain operational excellence. Stakeholder management responsibilities encompass approximately 10% of the role, focusing on cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key individuals and groups both internally and externally. Collaborate with external stakeholders—including Visa, Mastercard, merchants, fintech firms, and service providers—to refine card offerings and maximize customer value. Furnish senior leadership with periodic portfolio evaluations and strategic guidance to facilitate business expansion and enhance decision-making processes. Assigned duties may include additional responsibilities as required by the Bank from time to time. Preferred Education A bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics, marketing, or a comparable discipline is required.
