We are looking for an organized, proactive, and dependable Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the healthcare facility. The successful candidate will ensure the facility operates efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient service, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily administrative and operational activities of the facility. Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and general workforce requirements. Ensure the facility is clean, safe, secure, and properly maintained. Monitor the availability of medical supplies, equipment, stationery, and other essential resources. Coordinate maintenance and repairs of buildings, equipment, utilities, and other facility infrastructure. Support procurement, stock management, and inventory control. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and health and safety standards. Monitor service delivery and address operational issues promptly. Handle patient, staff, and stakeholder concerns professionally. Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate administrative records. Support budgeting, expense monitoring, and efficient use of facility resources. Coordinate with healthcare professionals and management to improve service delivery. Promote a professional, respectful, and patient-friendly environment. Qualifications & Requirements Real Estate Listings Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Facility Management, Public Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in facility, hospital, clinic, or administrative management is preferred. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of office administration and basic financial management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively under pressure. High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability. Sharing is Caring!
