LOAN ADMINISTRATOR x1 PERMANENT Application Deadline: Thu Aug 20 2026 Location Copperbelt Province, Zambia Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager for the Northern Region, this role involves processing loan applications promptly and accurately through the Loan Management System, performing comprehensive verification checks to uphold data integrity and mitigate risk, and delivering superior customer service by addressing inquiries and supplying loan details. Additionally, the position supports the agent network by tracking performance metrics and ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities: As part of this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment of managing agents across designated regions, working closely with the Sales Acquisition and Distribution Manager to ensure alignment and efficiency in the process. Accomplishing established sales quotas on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis is essential. Tracking agent performance metrics Delivers constructive feedback to agents regarding deficiencies in their applications. We conduct assessments to pinpoint areas where agents require additional training, and coordinate with the Credit Operations team as well as the Sales Acquisition and Distribution Manager to arrange and deliver such training programs. Deliver agent performance data to the Sales Acquisition and Distribution Manager on a regular basis. Loan applications are received and logged from both agents and walk-in customers. Conduct thorough verification procedures for loan applications, including confirming the applicant’s identity, employment status, and credit bureau references. Precisely inputting all necessary loan information into the system while maintaining an extremely high level of accuracy, with minimal or no errors. The responsible party must verify that all necessary documentation is fully prepared and meets regulatory standards prior to submission for authorization. We diligently review incomplete applications and promptly inform candidates of any outstanding requirements needed to finalize their submissions. Handled customer inquiries pertaining to loan statuses, balances, and terms. Responsible for addressing and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, while escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or management for further review and resolution. Professional communication with customers must be consistently upheld across all channels. To maintain compliance with established credit policies and procedures. Proactively detecting and reporting potential instances of fraud or irregularities is a key responsibility of this role. Technical Skills & Competence: Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing/Accounting Accurate Data Capturing Critical Thinking Effective communication Planning Interpersonal With a minimum of two to three years of experience in data capturing, you will bring a solid foundation of expertise to this role. Your proven ability to accurately collect and record data will be essential in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our information systems. An advantageous background includes prior experience as a loan consultant. Candidates should possess prior exposure to financial or banking systems and related software platforms. Qualifications and Requirements: Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing/Accounting Accurate Data Capturing Critical Thinking Effective communication Planning Interpersonal Requires at least two to three years of hands-on experience in data entry or data capture roles.
