You will serve as a trusted source of accurate, timely information regarding the property’s history, cultural heritage, and natural wonders, while ensuring seamless daily operations align with our brand’s standards. Where appropriate, you will accompany guests on excursions to enhance their experience. Key responsibilities include sourcing premium, high-end local providers and activities, delivering tailored experiences with professionalism and care, and maintaining consistent, high-touch guest relationships across all departments. You will curate on- and off-site excursions, transfers, and special requests to ensure optimal comfort and convenience throughout their stay. Additionally, you will oversee a designated zone within the resort’s reserve area, overseeing ecological maintenance, security, and monitoring to uphold and advance our environmental policies. This encompasses identifying and reporting maintenance needs, participating in conservation efforts such as trail upkeep, flora maintenance, wildlife management, and land restoration, while adhering to scheduled rosters and presenting yourself in a manner befitting your role. Your expertise will guide guests in discovering the full spectrum of experiences available, ensuring they are well-informed and inspired. In alignment with operational needs, you may engage in hands-on property conservation, including deck repairs, track maintenance, fencing, and habitat restoration, while remaining vigilant in emergency response to safeguard guests and assets per established protocols.
