Our Guest Experience Experts play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional stays for our guests, going beyond routine check-ins and check-outs to create truly unforgettable experiences. They proactively deliver a broad spectrum of services, guiding guests throughout their visit with personalized attention. Empowered to navigate their workspace and address operational and guest needs, they handle everything from processing requests and generating reports to providing local area recommendations, assisting with luggage transport, and ensuring seamless vehicle loading and unloading. Success in this role hinges on upholding stringent workplace safety, adhering to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance at all times. This position requires sustained physical activity, including prolonged standing, sitting, or walking, as well as navigating confined spaces and ascending or descending stairs or ramps. Guest Experience Experts must also engage in hands-on tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently or up to 100 pounds with assistance. They should be capable of reaching overhead and below knee level, along with bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping to fulfill their duties effectively.
