POSITION: Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities of Finance Manager:

1. Establishment and Improvement of Financial System: Build and improve a financial management system that complies with Zambian laws and regulations as well as the company’s management requirements; formulate financial systems and processes to ensure standardized and efficient financial operations.

2. Accounting and Financial Statement Management: Be responsible for overall accounting processing; supervise the preparation and review of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, etc.) to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of financial information, and complete audit coordination work on time.

3. Tax Management: Coordinate overall tax management work; accurately grasp the requirements of Zambia’s tax systems such as value-added tax and corporate income tax; ensure tax declaration and tax payment are compliant and timely, avoid tax risks, and conduct reasonable tax planning in line with policies.

4. Well manage the filing of financial archives, including but not limited to voucher binding, printing, binding and filing of output invoices, copying, binding and filing of input tax invoices, and contract filing. Monthly Tax Return Filing and Tax Payment Receipt Archiving.

5. Team Management: Lead the financial team; be responsible for the recruitment, training, performance evaluation and career development guidance of team members, and improve the overall professional capabilities and collaboration efficiency of the team.

6. External Relationship Maintenance and Compliance Affairs: Maintain good relationships with external entities such as local tax authorities, banks and audit institutions to ensure smooth external communication; handle financial-related compliance affairs and emergency issues.

Job Requirements for Finance Manager:

1. Academic Qualification & Professional Certification: Bachelor’s degree or above in Financial Management, Accounting or related majors; priority will be given to candidates with professional qualifications such as ZICA (Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants), ACCA, CIMA, or intermediate-level accounting professional title or above. The local-based finance manager in Zambia must hold licensed membership of ZICA.

2. Work Experience: At least 5 years of financial work experience, including over 3 years in financial management positions; priority will be given to candidates with work experience in Africa (especially Zambia) or familiarity with financial operation models in industries such as infrastructure and manufacturing.

3. Familiarity with Laws and Regulations: Proficiency in relevant laws and regulations of Zambia, such as the Value Added Tax Act and Labor Act; familiarity with local financial compliance requirements, social security policies (e.g., pension contribution ratio) and tax declaration procedures.

4. Proficient in using financial software (such as SAP, Oracle, Kingdee, UFIDA) and office software (Excel, Word, PPT); have strong data analysis ability, and be able to extract effective information from financial data to provide data support for the company’s strategic decision-making.

5. Possess excellent leadership and team management skills; be able to lead the financial team to complete work efficiently, and have the ability to train and develop team members.

6. Have strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability and stress resistance; be able to handle complex financial issues and adapt to the fast-paced work rhythm of the enterprise.

7. Have good professional ethics, be honest and upright, and have a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality awareness (critical for financial management positions).

POSITION: Assistant Engineer

The Oasis Serenity project is currently seeking one Assistant Engineer to assist the project team with on-site construction management, surveying support, engineering document organization, and site coordination.

Job Requirements:

1. A background in architectural engineering, civil engineering, engineering management, surveying engineering, or a related field.

2. Familiarity with construction processes and a solid foundation in surveying and construction management.

3. Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings.

4. Prior internship experience or 1-2 years’ work experience on construction sites is preferred.

POSITION: Chinese Translator

Detailed Job Description Include The Following:

You will be responsible for providing accurate interpretation services between Chinese and English languages during meetings, conferences, and other business interactions. Facilitate communication between two or more people speaking different languages, maintain integrity, impartiality and confidentiality of assignments and clearly communicate everything that is said without distortion or omission. The ideal applicants should have well-rounded knowledge of Mandarin Chinese and report writing skills. They should also have superb multitasking skills and able to work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

Providing interpretation into Chinese of speeches given in English, and interpretation into English of speeches given in Chinese. Listening to, understanding and translating spoken or written statements in Chinese and English language. Providing accurate translations of texts. Attending meetings to translate discussions. Continually taking language fluency assessments to certify fluency. Liaising with colleagues to ensure that translations are true to the original meaning. Providing interpretations of questions, answers, statements, arguments, explanations and other forms of verbal communication.

Requirements:

1. Grade 12 certificate.

2. 1+ years as a Chinese Translator.

POSITION: Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer that will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs that promote the company’s brand, products, and services. The role involves developing creative content for both print and digital platforms, ensuring consistency in branding, and supporting marketing, sales, and corporate communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, catalogues, business cards, and company profiles. Develop creative artwork for advertisements, promotional campaigns, and corporate events. Produce engaging graphics for presentations, proposals, and reports. Design signage, exhibition materials, and branded merchandise.

Digital Content Creation

Create graphics for the company’s website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Design social media posts, stories, infographics, and promotional content. Prepare digital advertisements for online marketing campaigns.

Brand Management

Ensure all designs comply with the company’s brand guidelines. Maintain consistency in logos, colours, typography, and visual identity across all communication materials. Support the development and enhancement of the company’s corporate image.

Multimedia Support

Edit photographs and prepare images for publication. Create simple animations and motion graphics where required. Assist in video editing and production for marketing and promotional purposes.

Collaboration

Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Investment, Operations, and Human Resources Departments to develop creative materials. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas. Coordinate with external printers, advertising agencies, and media houses when necessary.

Project Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines. Maintain an organized archive of design files and company artwork. Ensure artwork is print-ready and meets technical specifications.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Experience

Professional certification in graphic design is an added advantage. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role. Experience in branding, digital marketing, or advertising is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies

Experience in the construction, real estate, or corporate sector will be an added advantage. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat). Knowledge of CorelDRAW and Canva is an added advantage. Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing software is desirable. Strong creative and conceptual design skills. Excellent typography, layout, and colour application. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The Graphic Designer is authorized to: Develop creative concepts for marketing and communication materials. Recommend improvements to branding and visual communication. Liaise with approved printing companies and creative service providers regarding artwork specifications, subject to management approval.

Candidate Profile

25–30 years of age; open to all genders.

Remuneration

Gross monthly salary: ZMW 10,000–15,000. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, professional capability and verified track record.

Performance Review

POSITION: Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead market research, project positioning and end-to-end planning for real estate developments. Develop and execute brand strategies, event concepts, media plans and integrated promotional campaigns. Build the planning department from the ground up, including team structure, workflows, standards and performance evaluation mechanisms. Formulate project marketing strategies, communication themes, content plans and campaign schedules. Integrate media channels and industry resources while building and maintaining strong media partnerships. Independently prepare project positioning reports, market analysis reports, marketing plans and major strategic proposals. Use AI-enabled productivity tools to strengthen market analysis, copywriting, presentations and departmental efficiency. Work closely with Sales and other departments to implement plans and evaluate campaign performance.

Requirements

30–40 years of age; open to all genders. Relevant academic or professional background in real estate planning, marketing, advertising, communications or a related field. At least five years of experience in real estate planning, property marketing or a comparable role.
