LETTER OF INVITATION Dear Sir/Madam, HOPE Liberia invites prospective vendors to submit a quotation(s) in accordance with the Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents, including General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and the Terms of Reference as set out in this RFQ to procure VSLA Training Materials & Agriculture tools to support vocational training for women and girls in high-demand sectors, including agriculture, crafts, digital entrepreneurship, and crossborder trade compliance. This initiative aims to equip women with marketable skills and income-generating opportunities, promoting economic empowerment and reducing vulnerability to violence and harmful practices in Bong, Grand Gedeh, Maryland, Grand Bassa, and Grand Cape Mount Counties. To enable you to submit a proposal, please read the following documents carefully. Section 1. This Letter of Invitation Section 2.
