Lipline stands as the world’s largest and most seasoned drone delivery service, dedicated to a mission of equitable access to essential goods—such as food, medicine, and critical supplies—anytime, anywhere. At the core of our operations is a fully autonomous logistics system, meticulously designed, engineered, and deployed to ensure swift, dependable deliveries. Currently operational across four continents, our fleet conducts a global delivery every 30 seconds, having successfully completed millions of missions that include life-saving blood, vaccines, medical equipment, food, and retail goods. Our clientele spans the globe’s most influential healthcare networks, governments, retailers, restaurants, and multinational enterprises, all of which depend on us to save lives, cut emissions, bolster economic growth, and deliver goods with unmatched efficiency. While the drone represents just 15% of our comprehensive solution, the remaining 85% is built around seamless, scalable systems that fortify supply chains, ease urban congestion, and restore time to communities. With over 140 million autonomous commercial miles flown without incident, Lipline is transforming global access to healthcare, consumer goods, and nutrition. Operating at a global scale, we seek solution-driven professionals who excel at solving tangible problems, embrace rapid growth, and are driven by systems that deliver tangible, life-enhancing impact. Our team thrives on first-principles thinking, overcoming adversity, and achieving the extraordinary at unprecedented speeds. As a Data Labeling Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of Lipline’s autonomous delivery systems by meticulously labeling and reviewing sensor data. Your role will involve transforming raw operational data into precise, high-quality training and evaluation datasets that empower our machine learning models to interpret the world—identifying other aircraft, ground obstacles, and delivery zones with precision. You will enforce annotation standards rigorously, surface edge cases and data anomalies, and provide clear, actionable feedback to our Autonomy teams to ensure their perception systems are grounded in reliable, error-free inputs. Your responsibilities will include labeling and validating data from diverse sensor streams using both internal and external tools, enriching datasets with essential metadata for machine learning applications. You will develop deep expertise across various sensor-data workflows, applying annotation guidelines with consistency to produce datasets that are accurate, exhaustive, and of the highest caliber. Additionally, you will identify recurring ambiguities, data irregularities, and process inefficiencies, documenting and escalating any issues that could compromise labeling

- •Never pay any amount of money — for a file, a training, a uniform, or an interview. A real employer never asks the candidate to pay.
- •Never send a photo of your ID card, passport, or banking details before you have physically verified the employer exists.
- •Always meet in a public place, during the day — never an isolated address, a private home, or a location you cannot verify in advance.
- •Tell a relative or friend exactly where you are going, with whom, and at what time — and share your live location if possible.
- •Search the company name online before going: a real business has a trace (website, reviews, other employees, an official address).
- •A salary that is far above the market rate for the position and the city is a red flag — be extra cautious.
