Liquid Tech We are currently seeking qualified Subject-Matter Expert (SME) Agents to fill positions in Lusaka, Kitwe, Ndola, Livingstone, and Sole. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Dynamic engagement in the proactive selling of SME packages is essential. Deliver consistent attainment of established sales targets while fostering long-term expansion of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) business operations. Prepare weekly reports for submission to the Sales Team Leader. Effectively leverage all available sales tools and resources to maximize their potential and drive outstanding results. Diligently pursue innovative avenues to promote our services and attract new clientele. You will monitor and analyze competitor activities, as well as track broader market trends, to ensure both your own performance and that of your supervisors reflects current industry dynamics. You will be responsible for staying current with all company products and services, ensuring your understanding remains up-to-date and comprehensive. Required participation in mandatory product training sessions is essential for ensuring that all team members possess the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively perform their roles. Participants must attend these sessions to understand updated product features, new policies, and procedural changes. Failure to attend without prior notification may result in disciplinary action as outlined in company policy. These sessions are scheduled at specific intervals and are designed to enhance team competency and maintain high service standards. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS A Grade 12 Certificate along with a Diploma in ICT, Marketing, or a related Business field is highly desirable.
