Responsible for cultivating and expanding strategic partnerships within the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés (HOR ECA) sector, this role focuses on driving revenue growth through targeted sales initiatives and exceptional client relationship management. The ideal candidate will leverage industry expertise to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in market analysis, account retention strategies, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams is essential to success in this position. To formulate and implement strategic account plans aimed at enhancing sales growth, profitability, and market share within the HOR ECA segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, Institutions, and Cafés). Developing, overseeing, and cultivating enduring partnerships with pivotal stakeholders in designated accounts to enhance customer retention and drive business expansion. Responsibilities include prospecting, negotiating, and securing new HOR ECA business opportunities, as well as enhancing product penetration within current accounts. To meet established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume, revenue, distribution, and profitability targets. Perform periodic on-site customer evaluations to assess operational effectiveness, uncover potential growth avenues, and deliver tailored commercial strategies that align with client objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including Supply Chain, Production, Customer Service, and Logistics—is essential to guaranteeing on-time order fulfillment. By aligning with these departments, the role ensures seamless coordination to meet delivery commitments and maintain operational efficiency. On Time In Full (OTIF) To ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service, we prioritize maintaining elevated service standards. Tracking inventory levels, consumption trends, and anticipated demand to enhance product availability while minimizing stock-out situations. Responsible for driving the successful listing, distribution, visibility, merchandising, and activation of both new and existing products across HOR ECA accounts. Analyzing sales performance, market intelligence, competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer purchasing patterns to uncover growth opportunities and propose strategic actions. To enhance sales and elevate brand recognition, we will design and execute a range of promotional campaigns, forge strategic menu collaborations, activate trade partnerships, and launch customer engagement initiatives. Resolving customer complaints, addressing product quality issues, and handling service concerns in a timely manner, while collaborating with relevant departments to implement corrective actions. Developing precise sales projections, conducting comprehensive account assessments, generating pipeline reports, and creating performance dashboards to facilitate strategic business planning. Effective credit management is ensured through diligent monitoring of customer payments, collections, and compliance with agreed trading terms. The Required Qualifications: Full grade 12 Certificate A diploma in Marketing and Meat Processing would be considered a valuable asset. With a minimum of three years in Sales Management and two years in the Meat Processing industry, the ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in both fields. Proficiency in fundamental computer operations and familiarity with Integrated Process and Stock Control Systems are required. Class B Driver’s License No Criminal Record. Customer Service orientated Proven capability to cultivate and sustain strong, productive relationships with external customers as well as Retail Chain management.
