Wild Cricket Safaris, basé à Kampala, en Ouganda, recrute un Tour Operations Executive pour gérer les opérations quotidiennes de safari et de tourisme sportif, la planification d'itinéraires et l'expérience client dans un environnement dynamique.

Le candidat idéal devra justifier d'un diplôme de niveau Bachelor, avec une préférence pour un diplôme 2:1 de l'Université Makerere en Tourisme ou en Sciences du Sport. Une expérience dans les opérations de tourisme est requise, ainsi qu'une capacité d'adaptation sous pression et une forte passion pour le sport. Le poste est ouvert aux stagiaires et jeunes diplômés, avec une expérience d'au moins 1 an. La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable. Les horaires de travail sont de 8h à 17h.
Missions
Le titulaire du poste sera chargé de planifier et d'exécuter des itinéraires de safari et de tourisme sportif sur mesure, de coordonner la logistique des voyages, de faire le lien avec les clients et les fournisseurs, et de gérer les problèmes opérationnels en environnement rapide.
Localisation
Le poste est basé en Ouganda.
Rémunération
Le salaire proposé est inférieur à 300 000 UGX, négociable.
