Les objectifs et attentes de ce rôle sont les suivants : être responsable du suivi des accords de niveau de service (SLA) et s'assurer qu'ils respectent les niveaux définis. Le titulaire du poste doit veiller à ce que tous les processus de gestion des services informatiques, les accords de niveau opérationnel (OLA) et les contrats sous-jacents aient les cibles de niveau de service appropriées.
