We are looking for a creative, results-driven, and commercially minded social media manager to manage and grow the company’s digital presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms. The social media manager will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies that increase brand visibility, generate customer enquiries, drive qualified leads, and ultimately contribute to vehicle sales. The role requires someone who understands that social media is not only a content platform but also a powerful sales and customer-acquisition channel.
Experience: Entry level, 2 years. Language: English. Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5. Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid). Remuneration: NGN 200,000-300,000 Monthly plus commission.
Responsibilities:
Manage our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms. Develop and execute daily and weekly content strategies for vehicle inventory, car financing offers, promotions, and brand campaigns. Create engaging captions, posts, stories, reels, and other social media content that attract potential customers and generate enquiries. Respond promptly and professionally to comments, direct messages, and customer enquiries. Engage with potential customers, qualify enquiries, and convert social media interactions into qualified leads. Actively promote available vehicles, car-financing options, special offers, and other company services. Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and the sales team to develop effective digital marketing campaigns. Monitor social media analytics, including reach, engagement, enquiries, leads, and conversions. Use performance data to improve content strategies and overall social media performance. Support paid advertising campaigns and help optimize campaigns for better reach and lead generation where required. Grow our online audience organically through consistent, relevant, and engaging content. Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats. Develop creative ideas and campaigns that differentiate us from competitors. Maintain a consistent, premium, and professional brand image across all social media platforms. Track and report on leads generated through social media and support the sales team in converting them into vehicle sales. Take ownership of social media performance and continuously identify opportunities to improve engagement, lead generation, and sales.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, sales, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other major social media platforms. Demonstrated ability to create engaging and commercially focused social media content. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of social media lead generation and customer conversion. Ability to respond professionally and effectively to customer enquiries and DMs. Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics. Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas. Ability to work collaboratively with content creators, designers, and sales teams. Knowledge of paid social media advertising is an added advantage. Experience in the automotive, car sales, car financing, luxury products, or related industries is an advantage. Strong sales orientation and ability to understand social media as a customer-acquisition and revenue-generating channel. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable results. Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
