This position guarantees precise preparation of goods, meticulous vehicle coordination, rigorous quality and quantity verification, and secure handling of cargo while upholding a safe and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities Order Processing & Inventory Coordination The role involves managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process while ensuring accurate inventory levels are maintained. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, coordinating with suppliers for timely stock replenishment, and resolving any discrepancies in inventory records. Additionally, the position requires meticulous attention to detail to prevent stock outs or overstock situations, as well as generating reports to track order statuses and inventory turnover. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in inventory management software and basic accounting principles is also required. Process and manage waybills and material requisition forms upon receipt. Collaborate with multiple warehouse sections to verify that goods are prepared with accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency. Traffic Management & Fleet Dispatch Operations Responsibilities include overseeing vehicle dispatching operations, ensuring efficient traffic flow, and coordinating dispatch activities to optimize fleet performance. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, real-time monitoring of traffic conditions, and timely communication with drivers and field teams. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in dispatch software, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. Quality Assurance and Handover Validation Specialist This role focuses on ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle while meticulously validating handover deliverables to confirm they meet predefined specifications and stakeholder expectations. Key responsibilities include conducting systematic inspections, performing functional and non-functional testing, and verifying that all project components align with established benchmarks. Candidates must possess a strong background in quality management systems, proficiency in relevant testing methodologies, and a keen eye for detail to identify discrepancies or potential risks. Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless transitions and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Under the supervision of the Loading Supervision & Cargo Protection team, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient handling of cargo during loading operations. Your duties will include monitoring the loading process to verify compliance with safety protocols, verifying cargo documentation for accuracy, and implementing protective measures to prevent damage or loss. Additionally, you will collaborate with warehouse staff, transportation teams, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations. A strong attention to detail, adherence to regulatory standards, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role. Direct and oversee loading staff, providing clear guidance on correct loading, unloading, and handling procedures to reduce product damage during shipment. Site Safety, Security, and Housekeeping (5S) Ensuring a secure and well-maintained work environment is critical to operational efficiency and worker well-being. This role involves upholding strict safety protocols, implementing robust security measures, and maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards in alignment with 5S principles—sorting, setting in order, shining, standardizing, and sustaining. Responsibilities include conducting regular safety inspections, enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations, and identifying potential hazards to mitigate risks. Additionally, the position requires vigilant monitoring of site access, surveillance systems, and emergency response readiness to safeguard personnel and assets. Consistent adherence to cleanliness, organization, and workplace discipline is essential to sustain productivity and prevent workplace incidents. To ensure a zero-incident safety record and deter cargo theft, vigilantly supervise site operations. Additionally, verify the proper arrangement and accessibility of all tools and resources—including pallets, straps, and hand trucks—at the conclusion of each shift. Key Requirements Skills: Demonstrates expertise in conducting accurate inventory counts, performing detailed reconciliations, and verifying stock levels with precision. Qualifications: Minimum qualification required is a Diploma or CAPS certification.
