Our client, Gratia Energy Limited, is looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Technical Solar Sales Executive to help grow their solar and renewable energy business. Location: Job Field Engineering / Technical, Sales and Business Development
Salary Range: KSh 30,000 - KSh 50,000/month
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar and renewable energy solutions. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with a 3–6 month sales forecast. Meet prospective clients through networking, referrals, presentations, calls, and site visits. Understand clients' energy needs and recommend the most suitable solar and energy solutions. Work closely with our Engineering and Commercial teams to prepare winning technical and financial proposals. Lead negotiations and successfully close sales opportunities. Guide clients through the entire sales journey—from the first meeting to project completion. Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and after-sales support. Keep accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. Represent Gratia Energy at exhibitions, industry events, and business networking forums.
What We're Looking For:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field. At least 2 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in solar, electrical, engineering, energy, construction, HVAC, or other technical solution sales. A passion for business development and achieving sales targets. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand technical solutions and confidently explain them to clients. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Experience using a CRM system is an added advantage.
