Programme Assistant GS5 (RAM)
Le Programme Alimentaire Mondial (PAM) recherche un Assistant de Programme pour l'unité Recherche, Évaluation et Suivi (RAM) à Dakar, au Sénégal.
Ce poste consiste à fournir un soutien administratif, à gérer la ligne d'assistance du PAM et à faciliter la communication entre les moniteurs de terrain et l'unité RAM. L'assistant sera également chargé des tâches administratives et financières quotidiennes, de l'organisation de réunions et de la tenue des systèmes d'information de l'organisation.
Le poste est à durée déterminée de 12 mois, avec possibilité de renouvellement, débutant en janvier 2027.

- Achèvement de l'enseignement secondaire
- 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion, l'administration ou la logistique
- Expérience dans les tâches administratives telles que la gestion de lignes d'assistance et d'emplois du temps
- Connaissance des systèmes d'opérations financières (WINGS) et de la gestion des contrats (COUPA)
- Capacité à organiser des réunions et à coordonner la logistique
- Compétences en analyse de données
- Compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
- La connaissance des langues locales et/ou de l'anglais est souhaitable
