GenKaz Placements recherche un Recovery Officer pour renforcer ses opérations de recouvrement. Basé à Kampala, ce poste à temps plein relève du secteur de la banque, de la finance et de l'assurance. Le rôle est essentiel pour garantir l'efficacité des opérations sur le terrain, améliorer la récupération des actifs, intensifier les activités de recouvrement de créances et maintenir la sécurité et l'efficacité de notre équipe de recouvrement.

Résumé du poste : Le Recovery Officer assure des opérations de terrain efficaces, améliore la récupération des actifs, renforce les activités de recouvrement de créances et maintient la sécurité et l'efficacité de notre personnel de recouvrement.
Responsabilités clés :
Localiser, identifier et sécuriser les actifs de l'entreprise.
Effectuer le recouvrement de créances en assurant le suivi des débiteurs et en récupérant les paiements impayés.
Tenir des registres précis de toutes les activités de recouvrement.
Préparer et soumettre des rapports de recouvrement en temps voulu à l'entreprise.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe de recouvrement pour garantir le succès des opérations, tout en respectant les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.

Solides compétences en négociation et en communication.
Capacités d'investigation et de résolution de problèmes.
Excellentes relations client et compétences interpersonnelles.
Maîtrise de Google Maps et d'autres outils de suivi/navigation.
Capacité à travailler sous pression et sur le terrain tout en faisant preuve de professionnalisme et d'intégrité.
