What you will do

The Sales Operations Engineer serves as a vital connection between Axxess sales team, cross functional teams, and the supporting technology infrastructure, with the goal of ensuring operational efficiency, data accuracy, and system optimization that drive revenue growth. This role is responsible for managing, enhancing, and supporting the Salesforce Sales Cloud Professional Edition environment and the broader technology stack that underpins the sales organization. Success in this position requires consistent involvement with sales activities across regions, including monitoring dashboards, pulling key metrics, following up with users to ensure data integrity, and enabling automation where possible.

A strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, particularly the constraints and opportunities within Professional Edition is essential to effectively maintain, optimize, and scale the platform. The Sales Operations Engineer also collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and account management teams to ensure alignment, maximize system usage, and maintain data accuracy throughout the client journey

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Maintain Product Knowledge 

Stay up to date on Axxess solutions, services and competitive differentiators 

Continuously educate yourself to confidently demonstrate value propositions to clients. 

Generate and Track New Leads 

Use various channels to identify and attract potential clients including outbound calls, inbound leads and partner collaboration. 

Leverage networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns to expand reach. 

Qualify Opportunities 

Evaluate each lead to determine fit based on readiness, needs, and service alignment. Ensure proper qualification and documentation in CRM.
