We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Engineer
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities within the engineering sector
Utilize CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, accounts, and opportunities
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical needs assessments
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, BOQs, quotations, and tender documents
Interpret engineering drawings/specifications and recommend appropriate solutions
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals
Monitor customer feedback and post-sales support activities through CRM tracking
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and deal stages in the CRM
Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent data hygiene and reporting accuracy
Generate periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights from CRM data
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
2–4 years in technical sales within engineering, construction, or industrial environments
Hands-on experience using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and reporting is mandatory
COREN or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
Remuneration
Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
13th Month Salary
