Scholarships Opportunities at Masinde Muliro University of Science & Technology (MMUST)
Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) is offering a range of scholarships for the academic year commencing August 2026. These opportunities are open to Kenyan nationals under the age of 30 years for Masters programmes, and under the age of 40 years for Diploma programmes. Successful candidates will be engaged as Graduate Assistants (for Masters) or Technicians/Technologists (for Diploma) and will receive a scholarship package covering tuition fees and research costs (for Masters) or tuition fees only (for Diploma) for the duration of study.
Available Positions:
Masters Scholarships (Age limit: 30 years)
The following positions are available under the Masters scholarship programme. Each position is a full-time opportunity and requires a minimum of Second Class Honors (Upper Division) in a relevant degree from a recognized and accredited University. The scholarship package will cover tuition fees and research costs for the duration of study. The scholarships are open to all Kenyans under the age of 30 years who will also be engaged as Graduate Assistants. Programmes of study funded by the scholarship are scheduled to commence in August, 2026.

Important information for Masters Scholarships:
Applicants MUST have obtained a minimum of Second Class Honors (Upper Division) in a relevant degree from a recognized and accredited University;
Upon successful completion of the Masters Programme, candidates shall be expected to transition to Ph.D. under the scholarship programme;
The successful candidates shall be bonded under the applicable terms and conditions of Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology;
The successful candidates shall be expected to complete their studies within the prescribed study period;
